Returns only accepted within 14 days. Because of “Free Shipping”, we now charge a 30% re-stocking fee for most items we sell. However we do charge a 50% re-stocking fee for Sony and Sharp main boards because they are more complicated to install and require more of our support time with customers not familiar with firmware or software updates. We do sell USB stick updates for these products for an additional $25. See USB stick for part number.
We only receive your RMA’s once a week from our mail drop so it can take up to 2 weeks from our receipt of your return credit to be processed by your credit card company. Even then another 3-5 days for bank processing (not our rule).
We do not accept any items back under $50 as it is not economical for you or us to process.
We DO NOT accept any items returned internationally (outside of the 50 United States of America) as it is not economical with the high cost of shipping.
Any board or product marked “AS IS” is also not returnable.
We reserve the right to also add our shipping cost to the 30%-50% restocking fee.
If you are registered as a shop with a legitimate business address, we may waive the restocking fees and just charge you our real shipping cost. This is on a per item basis.
We warranty our boards competitively for 90 days to consumers, and 180 days to repair shops.
We expect before you purchase our products you have fully read our TV Parts for Sale return policy.
